When looking at recent (and not-so-recent) trends pertaining to kickoff times, one would assume that the big Nov. 21 Bedlam tilt between the Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma State Cowboys would be given the 11 a.m. time slot.
NOPE!
#Bedlam in prime time!

It’s obviously beyond unfortunate that this one can’t be played in front of a packed Memorial Stadium, because this would’ve been one of the best OU football atmospheres of the past decade. But alas, we’ll have to settle for the 2020 version of a college football crowd, and the Sooners will need all 20,000 onlookers to bring their A-game.
I’ll be doing my part from the couch. Scratch that, I’ll do my part from the area around the couch. OU always does better when I travel back and forth across the living room and kitchen like a big ball of anxiety. It’s science. You’re welcome, Sooner Nation. I might even have to break out the Tito’s to add an extra layer of luck. You’re welcome again.
A trip back to Arlington is on the line, as is OU’s streak of Big 12 Championships. No, we’re not worrying about the College Football Playoff this year, but frankly, I think we need a one-year break from that. A little R&R, if you will.
I like our chances in this one. OSU is for real, but the offensive line continues to be booty, and Ronnie Perkins & Co. appear to be ramping things up. It’ll be on Spencer Danger Rattler to keep calm and bring it home. He can do it.
