Oklahoma Sooners Football comes in at No. 4 in SB Nation FanPulse Poll following opening weekend

However, Oklahoma fans kept the Sooners up at No. 3 following the win over Houston.

Following their win over the Houston Cougars, the Oklahoma Sooners stayed put at No. 4 in the SB Nation FanPulse Poll for Week 1 of the college football season. Sixty-six of the NCAA team brands fan bases voted to create this week’s Top 25, and here’s what the data tells us:

However, here’s how Oklahoma fans voted this week:

The only variations between the OU poll and the national poll:

  • Oklahoma fans flipped the Sooners over Georgia
  • OU fans put Notre Dame ahead of Texas
  • The OU faithful love them some Mike Leach, so they gave the Cougars a small bump
