The Oklahoma Sooners might’ve fallen behind the Ohio State Buckeyes in the AP Poll following Week 4, but OU was able to hold off tOSU in this week’s SB Nation FanPulse Poll. Sixty-six of the NCAA team brands fan bases voted to create this week’s Top 25, and here’s what the data tells us:

Here’s how OU fans voted after the bye week:
- Clemson
- Alabama
- Georgia
- LSU
- Oklahoma
- Ohio State
- Auburn
- Wisconsin
- Florida
- Texas
- Notre Dame
- Penn State
- Oregon
- Utah
- Iowa
- Michigan State
- Michigan
- Texas A&M
- USC
- Boise State
- Washington
- Washington State
- UCF
- Cal
- Virginia
A few things of note:
- In the poll comprised solely of OU fans, the Sooners dropped from No. 3 to No. 5. Very curious. Very curious, indeed...
- For the second consecutive week, Texas’ ranking in the OU poll is the same as that of the national poll. Guys, blink twice if you’re being held captive by Burnt Orange Nation.
- Army dropped out of OU fans’ top 25, which just doesn’t check out at all.
- The Texas A&M Aggies is one lower in the OU poll than they are in the national poll. This is the only thing that makes sense this week.
Alright, next week is a new week. Please get your sh** together between now and then.
