After signing 23 prospects during the early period, the Oklahoma Sooners aren’t expecting much drama on Wednesday. However, the 2019 class will look slightly different by the time National Signing Day is in the rearview mirror. One current commit, edge rusher David Ugwoegbu, still needs to sign. Additionally, one of Lincoln Riley’s eyeball emojis are still unaccounted for, so keep an eye out for a commitment.
Entering Wednesday, Oklahoma has the No. 5 class in the 247Composite Rankings (which is a combination of the rankings provided by the three major services — Rivals, 247 and ESPN). OU sits at No. 4 with ESPN and No. 5 with Rivals entering NSD.
Down at the bottom of the page, we’ll be keeping track of signatures and moving the names around accordingly.

Remaining Targets
Danielson Ike - OT - Kansas City (Mo.) Rockhurst
UPDATE (1:10 p.m.): Ike has indeed signed with SMU.
Big talent, big impact. @danielson_ike is coming to the Hilltop! #PonyUpDallas pic.twitter.com/lrjlFW9U9z
— SMU FootbaII (@SMU_Football) February 6, 2019
UPDATE: Things have apparently shifted in the direction of SMU at the 11th hour. It’s a bit of a weird situation, but definitely a shock.
ORIGINAL: The big, versatile lineman has recently visited SMU and Kansas State, but the Sooners are the consensus pick here.
Brandon Pierce - WR - College of the Canyons (JUCO)
Pierce, who comes from the same JUCO that gave us Marquise Brown, received an OU offer just last week. Taking that into consideration, while Oklahoma has to be considered the clear leader (his offer list consists of zero P5 programs outside of OU), this isn’t necessarily something that has to be resolved by Wednesday. The potential for big plays within Riley’s offense is something to be excited about, but the man with a 40 time that has been clocked .01 seconds faster than Hollywood’s doesn’t have to speed through this process.
