Oklahoma fell one spot to No. 3 in the latest AP Top 25 Poll. Clemson leapfrogged the Sooners following an impressive 47-21 win over Louisville. Oklahoma State made the jump from No. 9 to No. 6 following its 59-21 thrashing of Pitt on the road on Saturday. Kansas State’s loss to Vanderbilt dropped the Wildcats out of the rankings. That leaves just three Big 12 teams remaining in the AP Top 25 with TCU moved up four spots to No. 16. West Virginia finished No. 26 in the poll just behind LSU. The Sooners also came in at No. 3 in the Amway Coaches Poll, which is exactly where OU was ranked last week.
As the polls currently stand, OU does not play another ranked opponent until they travel to Stillwater on November 4. Here are the complete AP and Amway Coaches Poll results. First place votes are in parenthesis.
