This game will feature a matchup of two of the nation’s top freshmen point guards, as Norman North product Trae Young will face the top-rated PG recruit of 2017, Collin Sexton. Alabama is heading in the right direction under head coach Avery Johnson, so the January showdown should be pretty entertaining.
Oklahoma is 3-1 all-time in the Big 12/SEC Challenge, with its only loss coming last season at the hands of the Florida Gators. Additionally, the Big 12 has a 25-15 advantage over the SEC since the beginning of the series in 2014.
