Former Oklahoma Sooners cornerback L.J. Moore was arrested in an Oklahoma City prostitution sting last Thursday, according to Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office records.
In recent days, many of you have likely heard the story regarding a former OU cheerleader’s arrest for prostitution. More keeps coming to light in that situation, as it appears that Moore was arrested in the same sting.
It’s never good to hear about former Sooners getting into trouble after their time in Norman, even if they were only in Norman for a short time. This certainly doesn’t look good, but I hope he is able to get his life back on track at some point.
Moore came to Oklahoma as a four-star recruit in 2013, but the Fresno, Calif., native left the team in February of 2014 after playing in only two games for the Sooners. The rangy corner came to Norman with high school teammate Hatari Byrd, and both came in with a lot of hype. Unfortunately it never really materialized for either of them.
