Just one week after the OU women’s gymnastics team won its second consecutive national championship, the Sooner men have earned their third straight title in West Point, N.Y.

The Oklahoma men defeated Illinois, Stanford, Nebraska, Minnesota and Ohio State to earn the ultimate prize yet again. It is the 11th title for the team and the eighth championship under legendary OU coach Mark Williams. It is also the first time the Sooners have won three straight titles, though they’ve gone back-to-back three times under Williams’ tenure.
Here are the final scores from the championship meet:

In case you were wondering, yes it is freaking insane for a school to win both the men’s and women’s title in the same year. In fact, Oklahoma was the first school to do so — last season. This run of dominance from both programs is unprecedented in NCAA history and makes Oklahoma the only true claimant to the title of #GymU.
Sophomore Yul Moldauer and senior Allan Bower once again led the way for OU. Moldauer will return next season for a run at a fourth straight ring.
