290 yards and four total touchdowns on 28 touches. You could Rodney Anderson had himself a pretty decent Saturday night. Anderson’s monster night was crucial in carrying the Oklahoma Sooners to a 38-20 win over the TCU Horned Frogs and likely into the top four of the CFB Playoff picture.

Baker Mayfield put up a staggering 383 total yards of offense and three touchdowns through the air. Unless something drastic changes over the course of the next three weeks, Mayfield appears to have the Heisman Trophy all but locked up.

Perhaps the most pleasant surprise of the night was the stellar play by OU’s defense. Defensive Coordinator Mike Stoops has been heavily criticized by many this year, but he had his guys ready play Saturday night. The Sooners allowed just twenty points total and only six in the entire second half.

OU travels to Lawrence to take on Kansas next weekend followed by a home contest against West Virginia to close out the regular season.

Next weekend’s game at Kansas will kickoff at 2:30 CT and be broadcast on ESPN.
