The game will take place at the Lloyd Noble Center at Noon CT. The scrimmage is open to the public with a suggested donation of $5 per person. If you happen to be in Norman next weekend for homecoming, please consider stopping by to support this great cause. The football game against Texas Tech does not start until 7 pm CT, so you will still have plenty of time to attend both events.
In addition to raising money for a great cause, UT-Arlington will give the opportunity for the Sooners to scrimmage against a quality opponent in preparation for the season-opener against Omaha on November 12. UT-Arlington finished 27-9 last season and won the Sun Belt regular season championship. They scored a pair high-profile road upsets over Texas (!) and St. Mary’s and advanced all the way to the NIT quarterfinals to close the season.
Come out and support your Sooners and raise money for a great cause!
