After a few weeks of bad TV slots, it looks like the Big 12 will actually be on the big stage in Week 9 — provided OU and Texas Tech can take care of business this Saturday. As a fan, night games at home are always welcome news. The crowd will be amped and the tailgating will be stellar (despite the university’s best efforts). Also, anyone involved in Homecoming has to like this news.
Will Oklahoma fans be jumping around like they did back in 2008? Probably not to that extent, but you better believe that House of Pain will be broken out if the game goes according to plan.
Yesterday, it was announced that this week’s game at Kansas State will be played at 3:00 p.m. CT and will be televised on FOX.
