The offensive tackle from Louisiana has chosen Oklahoma over Auburn, Florida, Kansas and LSU

Four-star offensive tackle Adrian Ealy announced his commitment to Oklahoma on Thursday, and he did so with a clever video produced by Bleacher Report.

As a Sooner fan, this brought me some joy. As a huge fan of “Reservoir Dogs” and “Pulp Fiction”, I am over the moon!

The Gonzales, La., native is listed as the No. 29 offensive tackle in the 247 Composite rankings, and he has fielded offers from Arizona, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Kansas, LSU, Miami, Michigan and Tennessee throughout the recruiting process. At 6-7 and 300 pounds, Ealy is a mountain of a man who could hop into the offensive tackle rotation sooner rather than later. Additionally, Ealy is expected to enroll early, which can only help the kid’s development.

This comes as a little bit of a surprise, as many believed things had cooled down between Ealy and Oklahoma as of late. However, it appears that wasn’t entirely the case, and the Sooner Nation should be grateful!
