Corey Bethley, a defensive lineman from Katy, Texas, has revealed that he is still considering the Oklahoma Sooners.
Very blessed for the opportunity every school has given me to live out my dream but it's coming to a close! pic.twitter.com/a4uFiBExcs

Oklahoma’s inclusion on this list is a bit of a surprise, but it’s definitely a welcome one. Bethley is listed as a defensive tackle, but he’s someone who could play as a defensive end in OU’s 3-4 system. OU could take more than one guy who fits this mold before signing day, so it’s good to have plenty of potential options. Let’s hope Calvin Thibodeaux can work some magic.
The Sooners are in the running for Austin Faoliu and Joshua Rogers, Taquan Graham and others in addition to Bethley on the defensive line. I wouldn’t be surprised to see OU take two of the players listed above. Marvin Wilson is also considering OU, but landing him is definitely a long shot. In the event that they somehow pull out the upset, OU will figure out a way to make it work numbers-wise.
Bethley is scheduled to visit TCU this weekend and Texas A&M next weekend, but nothing is scheduled for OU as of this moment. Expect that to change in the very near future.
