2016 Oklahoma Sooners Football Countdown To Kickoff | 67 Days!

Sam Bradford took over as the starting quarterback for the Oklahoma Sooners in 2007 as a redshirt freshman. Quickly finding his footing, the young signal caller threw for an NCAA Freshman record 36 touchdowns at the time while leading with a passing efficiency rating of 176.53.

While Bradford's collegiate career may have been cut short, the quarterback continued to se numerous school records before declaring for the NFL Draft. Touted as an accurate passer, the Oklahoma City native completed 67% of his pass attempts during his time in Norman.
