It's not often that a kicker makes it on our countdown list two times in a seven day span but it's not often that a team has a kicker like Oklahoma's Austin Seibert. At 5-10/214 Seibert was a semifinalists for the Ray Guy award and was a Second Team All Conference selection as a punter with an average of 42 yards per boot.
Seibert wasn't too shabby as a place kicker either. During his freshman campaign, Austin connected on 78% of his field goal opportunities (with a long of 46) and was also good for 97% of his point after tries. It wasn't his arrival in Norman that brought Seibert to stardom though. He was widely talked about through recruiting circles though thanks to a 70-yard field goal he drilled in practice.
It's no wonder that Kohl's had him as the top punter in the country and ESPN had him as the top kicker.
