The #SoonerSquad17 grew by one just a few moments ago, as Tulsa Memorial High School defensive end Isaiah Thomas just announced his commitment to OU via twitter with the following tweet:

Thomas is the first commit for Sooners defensive line coach Calvin Thibodeaux. He will need to bulk up a bit, as he only weighs 230 pounds, but at 6-5 he has the frame to easily become a dominant defensive lineman in the Big 12. Thomas chose the Sooners over offers from schools such as Arizona, Baylor, Iowa State, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Bama, South Carolina, and Vandy.
He is a consensus 3 star recruit, although in my estimation he is severely underrated. Assuming he can add weight, he has freakish potential at the college level.
