Yesterday 2017 DB Kobe Boyce 6-0/170 from Corinth, TX picked up an offer from the Sooners. He tweeted out the new via twitter with the following tweet:
Truly blessed to receive an offer from Oklahoma University! pic.twitter.com/AxUB0Nqszg

Boyce has seen his recruiting stock soar over the past few months, picking up offers from Baylor, Ark, Texas A&M, Houston, Miss St., and Texas. Soon after picking up a Texas offer, Boyce verbally committed to the Longhorns.
So the million dollar question is whether the offer from OU will make a difference? Will Boyce remain committed to the Horns or can the Sooners mount a charge in Boyce's recruitment which will result in him flipping?
While the answer is surely yet to be determined, the Sooners have every reason to believe that Boyce will listen to their recruiting pitch. Further, they are almost assuredly looking for another cornerback to finish out the class of 2017.
Boyce will definitely be one to watch going forward.
