Caleb Kelly simply does everything well. He is not a liability in pass coverage, can rush the passer, has great instincts, and has the potential to be the greatest linebacker in Bob Stoops tenure in Norman.
The Sooners were his first offer, and they have recruited him harder than anyone. That hard work paid off and now Kelly will have the opportunity to make his mark in Norman. The value of his commitment to the Sooners simply cannot be understated.
