Chanse Sylvie was not only one of the earliest Sooner commits, but was arguably the biggest player recruiter in the class of 2016. Sylvie offer list is extensive, and I believe his best football is in front of him. He will need to add some additional strength, but will have every opportunity to do so, as he is an early enrollee and already on campus in Norman.

Sylvie more than held his own against some top competition at the US Army All-American Bowl Game.
