While not the biggest quarterback (6-2), Kendall does everything well. He won't wow people with his arm strength, but his accuracy is really really good. While not a Trevonne Boykin type athlete, he is not a statue in the pocket either. To me he is the kind of quarterback who thrives in an up-tempo spread offense, as he is able to hit receivers on check downs, screens, etc....
Austin Kendall is an early enrollee and is already on campus at Oklahoma. That's a good thing because with the departure of Trevor Knight and Cody Thomas now focusing on football, Kendall will likely be the number two quarterback for the Sooners next season.
