Sterling Shepard further cemented his legacy as one of the best Sooners ever, after he turned in a jaw dropping performance at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis. Here are Shepard's eye popping numbers.
Height: 5-10
Weight: 193
Arm Length: 30 1/4"
Hands: 9 1/8"
40 Yard Dash: 4.48
Bench Press: 20 Reps (tied for most among WR and more than multiple offensive lineman)
Vertical: 41" (tied for highest)
Running a 4.48 and having a 41" vertical doesn't tell the whole story. Check out some of the video of him in drills.

Basically if there was an event today to participate in during the combine, Shepard not only passed, but set the world on fire.
So the big questions is where could Shepard end up in the draft. I think the Carolina Panthers would have to give him a long look at the end of the 1st round, as Cam Newton is in desperate need of wide receivers. If the Panthers, pass on him, I can't envision a scenario where he isn't drafted in the 2nd round.
