Brown — originally from Hollywood, Fla. — runs great routes, displays good catching ability and is a handful in the open field. I’d say he has a great chance to start in the slot for OU in 2017, and he’s someone that Sooner fans will definitely enjoy watching. Jalen Saunders is someone who comes to mind when looking for a comparison.
Brown fielded offers from Nebraska, Oregon, TCU, Tennessee, USC and West Virginia throughout the process, and he ended choosing OU over the Mountaineers on Monday. USC was thought to be in the equation, as well, but he cancelled his visit to Los Angeles just days after an official visit to Norman for the Bedlam game.
