Oklahoma Sooners Football: The Roy Williams “Superman” Play Against Texas Has Been Recreated With Legos

This gets me pumped up for Saturday

Roy Williams #38

Roy William’s play to clinch a win against Texas in 2001 has been recreated... with Legos.

If this doesn’t get you excited for Saturday, I don’t know what will. I do however, have a couple of complaints:

  1. I know these sets of Legos don’t come in numbers 1-100, but as someone who pays too much attention to detail with these types of things, I wish they could’ve found a way to put the correct numbers on there. Maybe paint over the numbers and create new ones? It just drives me insane, even though it definitely shouldn’t.
  2. Let’s have 11 Legos for each team, please. If you’re going to go to all of this trouble to create this, buy some more Legos.

I don’t know, maybe I’m being overly critical here. I think they did an otherwise wonderful job with this, especially with the TV call from Brent Musburger. Anyway, here’s the actual play.
