Oklahoma Sooners Football Recruiting: Jalen Reagor Switches Commitment to TCU

Reagor was Oklahoma’s highest-rated receiver commitment

Student Sports

2017 wide receiver Jalen Reagor has de-committed from Oklahoma and has committed to TCU.

You can never blame a high school kid for wanting to stay closer to his family and friends, but it’s certainly unfortunate for Oklahoma and its 2017 recruiting class. Reagor was Oklahoma’s highest-rated receiver commit in the class, and he looks like a future star in the Big 12.

Reagor, a native of Waxahachie, Texas, is rated as the No. 107 overall player and No. 14 wide receiver in the 247 Composite rankings. Oklahoma still has four-star receivers CeeDee Lamb and Charleston Rambo committed in this class, and they’ll be looking to bring in one more after Reagor’s de-commitment. I think I speak for all Sooner fans (or ones with an ounce of class, at least) in saying that I wish Jalen the best of luck at TCU. I just hope the Sooners will have corners that can cover him next season.
