There is some definite momentum building that class of 2016 DE/OLB Mark Jackson (6-3/230) will wind up a Sooner on National Signing Day. Jackson's offer sheet is impressive and many thought he would end up a Sooner the first time around, but after a visit to A&M, he immediately came home and committed to the Aggies.
Things have changed in College Station however, and it now appears that Jackson will be a Red River battle between the Horns and Sooners. Jackson is slated to visit Texas on Jan. 15th before taking his official visit to OU the weekend before National Signing Day (its always good to go last).
Jackson is a near ideal fit for OLB in the Sooners 3-4 as he is a natural pass rusher, but also athletic enough to play in space. In case you are wondering about his abilities, here is a short clip of Jackson in practice at the Army All-American Game.

Prediction: I fully expect Jackson to de-commit from A&M soon and then for the Sooners to win a hard fought battle against Texas for Jackson's services.
