Sometimes in recruiting surprises happen, and a huge surprise appears to be taking shape that could have the Sooners landing 2016 4-Star WR Mykel Jones 6-1/185. Jones is from Patterson, LA and he has offers from Bama, Ole Miss, Tennesse, Clemson, FSU, UGA, LSU, Stanford, TCU, USC, UCLA, and the Sooners.

Jones was scheduled to visit Ole Miss this weekend, but apparently plans changed. Jones was seemingly down to Ole Miss, Bama, and Tennessee before this weekend. While it might seem crazy that the Sooners would land a player like Jones, momentum is certainly building for the Sooners to land one of the most talented players in the class of 2016.
