Recruiting can change quickly and a player that most thought to be a strong Sooner lean (and quite possibly even their next commitment) is no longer visiting OU as he was scheduled to do so this weekend against WVU. That player is linebacker Marvin Terry. The 6-2/230 prospect from Dallas, TX had presumably narrowed his choices to OU and TTech. Now it appears that his decision will be much easier.
Bob Pryzbolo of Scout.com was the first to break the news with the following tweet.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Scout300?src=hash">#Scout300</a> LB Marvin Terry texts me he is not visiting <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Sooners?src=hash">#Sooners</a> anymore this weekend. <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/OU?src=hash">#OU</a> out of pic <a href="https://twitter.com/scoutrecruiting">@scoutrecruiting</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/GPowers79">@GPowers79</a></p>— Bob Przybylo (@BPrzybylo) <a href="https://twitter.com/BPrzybylo/status/648555945149116417">September 28, 2015</a></blockquote>

So the big question is what does this mean at linebacker moving forward for the class of 2016. The Sooners already have 3 commitments at the position, but will take AT LEAST one additional player in the class of 2016. Here are the most likely candidates to fill the remaining spot(s) in order of most likely.
1. 5* Caleb Kelly 6-3/215 from Fresno, CA.
The Sooner coaches must feel incredibly confident about their position with Kelly, and by most indications they have every right to do so. Barring something crazy, the Sooners should find Kelly as a part of the class of 2016. He is a special talent.
2. 4* JUCO Tyree Horton 6-1/225 from Highland, KS.
Horton is the top rated JUCO LB in the class of 2016 and recently de-committed from FSU after his OU visit. The Sooners depth at LB will definitely take a hit after the next few seasons, and adding an impact JUCO LB might just be the ticket.

3. 3* LB/S Calvin Bundage 6-3/200 from Edmond, OK.
He has been off of our commitment predictions for a while, but this could open the door for him and the Sooners once again.
4. 5* LB Mique Juarez 6-2/215 from Torrance, CA.
Mique recently scheduled his OU visit for the TCU game, but as of yet I don't anticipate the Sooners winning out. The one silver lining...He is really good friends with Caleb Kelly and they are both visiting OU the same weekend.
5. 3*Jordan Carmouche 6-1/220 from Manvel, TX.
Carmouche is schedule to visit OU for the TCU game. He might fall into the same category as Terry, but as of this point is still scheduled to take his OU visit.
6. 4* Dontavious Jackson 6-2/240 from Houston, TX.
Jackson has offers from coast to coast but is in no hurry to narrow things down. Most see the Sooners in the pack of schools chasing Texas and Michigan.
