The Sooners are off this weekend, but that doesn't mean there aren't some intriguing match-ups this weekend along with several teams that should be on upset alert. Here is a quick rundown of what to look for this weekend.
Around the Big 12
#3 TCU vs TTech in Lubbock, TX.
While I am firmly in the camp that TCU is living on borrowed time, I still believe they find a way to get it done against Patrick Mahomes and company. That being said, TTech winning this game would not surprise me in the least. Should the Red Raiders find a way to win on Saturday, I wouldn't want to miss Kingsbury's post game press conference.
#24 Oklahoma State vs Texas in Austin, TX
Oklahoma State hits the road for the second time this season, traveling to Texas to take on a possibly rejuvenated Longhorn team. Redshirt Freshman Jerrod Heard lit up the terrible Cal Golden Bear defense last week. Was Heard's performance a preview of coming events, or just the result of facing a BAD defense. I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. I expect a close game with the Pokes pulling it out in the end. Here is a fun vine, just because it's awesome to watch yet again.

Around the Country
#14 Texas A&M vs Arkansas at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX.
Bielema's Hogs are on life support, and I believe that Texas A&M will score early and often. This game should barring something unforeseen be a blowout.
#9 UCLA vs #16 Arizona in Tucson, AZ.
At some point true freshman Josh Rosen will cost the Bruins a game. Crazy things happen on Saturday nights during college football games. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see the Bruins suffer their first loss of the season.
#18 Utah vs #13 Oregon in Eugene, OR.
Neither team has really impressed me this season. I just don't think the Utes have the firepower to stay with the Ducks for an entire game. I expect the game to be close till late and then Oregon emerges victorious.
Other Games to Watch
#25 Mizzou travels to Kentucky. Mark Stoops has a real chance to knock of the Tigers and move to 3-1 on the season
#22 BYU travels to Michigan. The Cougars have been a stout team to date and they should get a real test in Ann Arbor.
#21 Stanford travels to Corvallis, OR to take on the Oregon State Beavers. Will the real Stanford team please stand up?
