DB Parrish Cobb Commits to OU over Texas

The Sooners have continued their recruiting hot streak earlier this evening as they received some good news in the secondary. Waco, TX defensive back Parrish Cobb (5-11/175) announced via twitter that he had committed to the Sooners.

Parrish Cobb had offers from ASU, Ark, Baylor, Cincinnati, Houston, Minnesota, Oregon, SMU, TCU, Texas, Wisconsin, and the Sooners.

Cobb joins Chanse Sylvie in the defensive backfield for the class of 2016. Secondary spots are starting to get tight in the class of 2016. The Sooners are seemingly setting in great position for defensive backs  Obi Eboh, Shurod Thompson, Lamar Jackson, and Jordan Parker.
