Only 30 days until kickoff! It seems like this offseason has gone by fairly fast this year. Hopefully whatever memories we have left of last season will be forgotten once kickoff starts. As the 2014 season was nothing to brag about around Norman.

Sterling Shepard, who was arguably the best player on that 2014 team before his injury last season, scored five touchdowns for 30 points last season. His 30 points would of likely doubled if he remained healthy, and definitely would of helped us against Baylor and Okie State, his impact was irreplaceable.

To put into perspective, Oklahoma was 6-2 before his injury and was 2-3 after it.

In the air raid offense, it's expected that Shepard should reach at least 10 touchdowns and 1,000 yards with ease this season if he can play every game. He may even be a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award this season, which is given to the best WR of the year.

He's also versatile and can be used on reverses, as we saw in the Sugar Bowl against Alabama in the 2013-14 season. He averages 6.5 yards per carry in his career with the lone touchdown coming in the Sugar Bowl.

Here's his highlights so far in his career, with plenty more to be expected after this season.
