Mark D. Smith-USA TODAY Sports

From September 10th, 2005 to October 1st, 2011 the Sooners were not only unbeatable at home they were also dominant. Big 12 and non-conference opponents alike fell to Oklahoma by an average score of 30 points per game during that span of time.

Some of the more notable wins to come during that streak were the Washington Huskies in 2006, the Miami Hurricanes in 2007, 17th ranked Cincinnati, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, and 12th ranked Texas Tech in 2008. Despite a disastrous start to the 2009 season the Sooners were still able to blank Oklahoma State 27-0 in Norman that year. The 2010 season saw the 17th ranked Florida State Seminoles go down by a final score of 47-17 in Norman. Air Force also visited that year and went home with a loss.

The first team Oklahoma beat in the streak was Tulsa, by a final score of 31-15, and the final team to fall to the Sooners during that span was Ball State who lost 62-6. Sandwiched between a 17-10 loss to TCU on September 3, 2006 and a 41-38 loss to Texas Tech on October 23, 2011, the Oklahoma Sooners reeled off 39 consecutive home wins.
