The 2008 Oklahoma football season was as special as they come. The Sooners won several games by large margins on their way to a record setting year and a Big 12 championship. On October 4th OU traveled to Waco and pasted the Bears by a final score of 49-17.
Sam Bradford completed 23/31 passes for 372 yards and two touchdowns. Juaquin Iglesias was Bradford's top target on the day. He hauled in 6 passes for 133 yards and a score. DeMarco Murray added another 96 yards and a two more scores on the ground.
While the offense was racking up 594 total yards, Oklahoma's defense held Robert Griffin III to just 75 passing yards on an 11/26 performance. The Bears went 4/15 on third downs and only turned 17 total first downs.
