2015 Oklahoma Sooners Football Countdown To Kickoff | 50 Days

On November 17, 2012 Oklahoma and West Virginia provided a classic Big 12 shootout in Morgantown. The Sooners held a 31-17 advantage at the half but had to withstand a furious Mountaineer rally over the final two quarters of football that saw Landry Jones mount a game winning drive where he ultimately hit Kenny Stills for the game winner.

Jones ended the day with 554 yards and 6 touchdowns while Stills was on the receiving end for 91 yards and 4 of those touchdowns. Jalen Saunders and Justin Brown broke the century mark in receiving with 123 and 112 yards respectively and running back Damien Williams averaged 4.2 yards per carry on his way to 109 rushing yards. The game featured 1,440 total yards of offense and 99 points between the two schools who combined for only five punts during the game.

Oklahoma won by a final score of 50-49.
