Charles Tapper, No. 91, burst onto the scene in 2013 earning the first start of his career as an Oklahoma Sooners against ULM. From that point on, Tapper started in every game of the season minus the contest against Iowa State. The effort secured a spot on the First Team All-Conference from Phil Steele as a sophomore.
