While no commitments have been made as of yet, the Sooners hosted a number of top prospects in Norman today. The Junior Day event is not over, as numerous prospects will be on campus tomorrow as well. Here is an update on several of the prospects who attended today along with some speculation as to where the Sooners might stand with each prospect.

1. Mike Williams 6-2/280 DL

The talented defensive lineman was the only defensive lineman in town today and the Sooners by all accounts impressed him. Williams has openly talked about his like for the Sooners and I wouldn't be shocked to see the Ft. Worth native a part of the Sooners class of 2016.

2. Rodarius Williams  5-11/165 DB

While he didn't commit, it would be hard to see how the Sooners could have done any more to cement themselves at the top of Rodarius' list.

3. Dontavious Jackson 6-2/240 LB

Dontavious by all accounts enjoyed his time in Norman as well. He has connection to the program and should keep the Sooners near the top of his list. In fact I have him as a member of the class of 2016 come National Signing Day

4. Devin Duvernay 5-10/185 WR

Devin by all accounts had a great visit (he even said as much on twitter), but it's going to be a fight for his signature. He would be a nightmare at slot in Lincoln Riley's offense.

5. Tren'Davian Dickson 6-0/170 WR

Dickson put up some of the most ridiculous stats in a season catching an astounding 90 passes for 2,163 yard to go along with 39 TD's. It will be a fight between A&M and Baylor for Dickson, but the Sooners are definitely doing all they can for his signature.

6. Pernell Jefferson 6'3/230 LB

Pernell is already bigger than many of the scholarship linebacker at OU. By all accounts he had a great visit and I would peg him as a member of the class of 2016 by NSD.

7. Jean Delance 6-5/270 OT SOONER COMMIT

Jean visited the Sooners today and the visit appeared to go well. Buckle up because his commitment will take Sooner fans for a ride.
