I know that basketball is king right now, but the Sooners are making strides to fill out the class of 2016. While these predictions will inevitably find themselves falling short, I figured I would take a stab at what the class of 2016 could look like come 2016 National Signing Day.
Quarterback – 2
While he loves to play the recruiting game, he will be in Norman for the Spring Game. The Sooners have a wide open depth chart and Haskins is plenty aware of what could await him should he wind up with the Sooners. This one is definitely a flier, but the Sooners have just as good of a shot as anyone.
Hardy is listed here because he will be given a shot (and that shot is very small to play QB). He will end up at WR for the Sooners. He is already committed.
Running Back – 1
Abdul would be a great fit for Lincoln Riley's offense. He was at one time an ECU commitment. Look for him to stretch out his recruitment, but I see him in Crimson and Cream.
Wide Receiver – 2*
Devin is electric with the ball in his hands. A month ago this would have seemed all but impossible, but his teammate Jared Mayden (DB) has recently opened things back up. I expect both players to end up at the same school and that be Oklahoma.
Offensive Line - 3
Kellen visited the Sooners for their first junior day and is definitely high on the Sooners. I expect him to be a Sooner before the start of his senior season.
T.J does not have an offer as of yet, but I expect that to change soon. If he waits for the Sooner offer (and I think he will), I believe that Fiailoa will be a Sooner
An OL not offered as of yet.
Defensive Line - 3
Bledsoe is really quiet, but considering he is from the state of Kansas, has a Sooner offer, the track record of the Sooners in the Sunflower State, I believe he will end up in Norman
Daniels is very high on the Sooners and they will have to work hard for his recruitment, but the D/FW area prospect will give the Sooners ever shot to sign him. I think they win out.
Williams really enjoyed his visit to the Sooner's junior day. Another D/FW area prospect that the Sooners have a great chance with.
Linebackers 6
He is already a Sooner commitment and an instate prospect. He will end up as a Sooner.
The Edmond, OK prospect has a Sooner offer (among many) and barring something unforeseen should end up a Sooner.
Terry was teammates with Prentice McKinney (a member of the Sooners 2015 class). He by all accounts wants to continue to play with him at the next level.
Pernell Jefferson like Marvin Terry was teammates with Arthur McGinnis (a member of the Sooners class of 2015). The only thing that could change this would be if Jefferson gets an LSU offer (which hasn't happened as of yet).
The big middle linebacker is good friends with current Sooner Ogbonnia Okoronkwo. While he definitely like the Aggies and Bears, I believe in the end the early playing time coupled with his friendship with Obo, will allow the Sooner to win out.
This will be the highest rated commitment in the class of 2015, as Kelly is a consensus 5 star recruit. Kelly has several connections to the Sooner program (Michiah Quick, Graduate Assistant Chip Viney, and Hatari Byrd).
Defensive Backs 4
The Shreveport native keeps visiting the Sooners. Eventually that has to mean a commitment.
The standout corner has ties to the Sooners (his dad James played basketball for the Sooners). A month ago this would have seemed unlikely. Now it appears like the Sooners are the team to beat.
He along with Sylvie and his brother Andraez all play in the same defensive backfield. I think all three are Sooners.

(*I could see the Sooners decide to only take 5 linebackers and as a result end up taking a 3rd wide receiver)
