As the Central Arkansas Bears come to town, they'll face their first ranked opponent since squaring off against Oklahoma State in 2010. Head Coach Russ Pennell, 3-32 at UCA, has quite a bit of work cut out for him if he hopes to keep pace with the No.6 Oklahoma Sooners.

Currently standing 1-5 without a win on the road this year, the Bears average 75.3 points per outing while shooting 45.2 percent from the field. Ranking fourth in the conference in scoring at 16.8 points, sophomore Jordan Howard will shoulder a majority of the load. Howard, the reigning Conference Freshman of the Year, has scored in double digits in 34-of-35 career games.

Behind him, Coach Pennell looks towards Derreck Brooks, averaging 13 points per game, and Justin Foreman, contributing another 11.7 points an outing. However, Foreman has proven to be a two stat kind of player. Undersized at 6-5, the senior forward pulls down a team leading 5.5 rebounds each night.

For the third time this season, the Sooners play host to a Southland Conference opponent. With a 2-0 record against those hailing from the SLC, Oklahoma hopes to make it three in a row. Catch all the action at 7PM CST!
