Kenyon Frison was thought to be a huge part of the Sooners offensive line this season, but he not only didn't put the work in on the field, but also had issues in the classroom. There was hope that he would get things in order and reach the potential that in my opinion was a high level NFL player. That however is not the case, as Eric Bailey of the Tulsa World just tweeted out the following regarding Frison's position on the Sooners football team.
Statement from Bob Stoops: OL Kenyon Frison is no longer a member of the #Sooners football program and has been removed from the roster.

Stoops: "Kenyon Frison has not met the requirements set forth for him to remain a member of our team and has been removed from the roster."

Frison's departure will open up a scholarship that can be used in the class of 2016.
