Several weeks ago this visit would have seemed impossible, as class of 2016 running back Abdul Adams 6-0/200 was a Michigan State commitment. That all changed when Adams tweeted out that he was de-committing from Michigan State with the following tweet.

Adams was one of the earliest offers in the class of 2016 and after watching his highlight tape his ability is obvious. Adams would be the a perfect back for the Sooners offensive system. He is shifty enough to operate as more of an all purpose back who can catch balls out of the backfield, yet still has the size to run between the tackles if necessary.
Most assume the Sooners will battle Alabama and Maryland for Adams commitment. If I had to give the edge to anyone right now, it would surprisingly be the Terps, but a huge visit this weekend could change that.
