Oklahoma Sooners Football Recruiting / Cale Gundy and Lincoln Riley in the Caprice

Recruiting never stops this time of the year. Here is a quick rundown of today's events complete with a Cale Gundy and Lincoln Riley balling in a Chevy Caprice

The agenda for the day was set by Cale Gundy on twitter as he tweeted last night

Area Code 870 is Camden, Arkansas which meant that Cale and Lincoln visited the family of JUCO WR Dominique Reed.

Area code 620 is Coffeyville, KS which is where Dominique Reed attends school (Coffeyville Community College). This visit produced two of the greatest tweets in Sooner history by both Cale Gundy and Lincoln Riley

Not sure if the Sooners are going to land Dominique Reed, but they are definitely going down swinging.

Area Code 318 is for Sooners OL Commitment Cody Ford. This was most likely Cody's first chance to meet Lincoln Riley.

Area Code 817 is WR Ryan Newsome. Newsome has publicly stated that he is down to UCLA and Texas, but the Sooners aren't giving up

The biggest news of the day came from Sooner WR offer Van Jefferson.

I've decided to decommit from the University of Georgia. Still have respect for all the coaches and the University.

Many consider the Sooners the team to beat for Van. Another interesting thing about Van, is that his dad is the WR Coach for the Tennessee Titans. The Sooners happen to be looking for a WR coach.
