In what should not come as a shocker to either fan base, the Big 12 announced the kickoff time for the annual Oklahoma-Texas Game early Monday morning. On October 11th of this year, the Red River Shootout is once again scheduled for an 11 AM start time at the Cotton Bowl.
As the two traditional powers collide on the gridiron, ABC will broadcast the action to a national audience.
Currently, Bob Stoops holds a 9-6 advantage over the Texas Longhorns in Dallas and has won the three of the last four meetings. For the Oklahoma Sooners, 2014 sets up as a revenge game after being upset 36-20 in last year's matchup.
