Oklahoma Sooners MBB | Alumni Weekend Scheduled For August 22-23

For the fourth consecutive year, Lon Kruger and the Oklahoma Sooners Basketball Program will welcome back former players and coaches alike as they host the Annual Alumni Weekend on August 22-23.

Activities scheduled for the two-day reunion are a Tip In Club Golf Classic, a Friday evening Wayman Tisdale Scholarship Fund Dinner on the Lloyd Noble Center main floor honoring OU's 1,000-point scorers, and a Saturday Legends Alumni Game at noon. Last year, Ebi Ere lead the Cream Team to a 102-99 victory behind 34 points in front of roughly 3,500 fans. However, the biggest surprise of the event was an appearance by Blake Griffin. The three-time NBA All-Star played during the first half of the Legends Alumni Game and finished with 13 points.
