John Humphrey is Newest Sooner Verbal Commitment

The Sooners class of 2015 just grew by one, as John Humphrey gave his verbal commitment to the Sooners today. Humphrey 6'0" 160lbs. plays for Clear Falls High School in League City, TX. Today Humphrey made his commitment official as he announced it himself via twitter.

Humphrey who at one time was a Baylor commitment had recently backed off his pledge and most considered the Sooners the team to beat. Humphrey is a 3 star prospects on both 247sports and Rivals. He has offers from Notre Dame, Baylor, Ole Miss, TTech, Mizzou, Neb, and TCU, along with his Sooner offer.

Humphrey should have every opportunity to excel in the Sooner offense with his elite speed and the ability to run after the catch. He is an elite play maker who will fit in well at the slot WR position at the next level. Humphrey is the 10th commitment for the class of 2015.
