On September 20, 2003 Oklahoma upended UCLA, in Norman, by a final score of 59-24. The story that day was Antonio Perkins who set an NCAA record by returning three punts for touchdowns. Two of his returns came in the second quarter (74 & 84 yards) off back-to-back punts by the Bruins. The Sooners outscored UCLA 21-0 in that quarter to blow the game wide open.
His third touchdown (65 yards) came as the game was winding down and provided the final score of 59-21.
