Several recruits took to twitter to let the world know how they felt about the uniforms. To say that they are excited is beyond an understatement.
2015 Safety Kahlil Haughton (6'1" 180lbs.) from Waco, TX who most consider OU and Baylor to be his top 2 choices had this to say
OU changing the game up on everybody!

I know many hate the uniforms, but why not have an additional pitch to sell recruits. For many of today's recruits a pitch of 47 straight wins or what happened during the days of Switzer mean very little. To also put things in perspective the class of 2015 was 3 or 4 years old when the Sooners won the 2000 national championship.
With the announcement of the new stadium and new uniforms the Sooners have taken their recruiting game to the next level.
