Former Oklahoma defensive back Dominique Franks was one of five players signed by the Baltimore Ravens on Friday after the team's minicamp. After impressing coaches during the week, Franks was one of five players added to the roster before the team starts training camp next month.

After spending the last four seasons in Atlanta (the team that drafted him in the 5th round of the 2010 draft) playing mostly special teams and reserve corner. He recorded 30 tackles and three picks for the Falcons but the team released him following last season.

At Oklahoma he was a two-time all-conference selection and recorded 96 total tackles with six interceptions in three seasons. He is expected to compete for the third corner position for the Ravens this summer.
