Chad Lindsay 6'2" 300lbs who had recently decided to transfer from Bama and visited OU for the Spring Game has decided to attend the Ohio State University. Most considered the Sooners to be a longshot, and those thoughts were confirmed by Jeremy Fowler of CBSSports as he announced via twitter.

Lindsay decided to transfer after visiting 5 schools (OU, Louisville, Michigan, Cal, and tOSU). He will be eligible to play for the Buckeyes this fall as he works on a master's degree.

While not a huge loss for the Sooners, Lindsay could have added some much needed depth with the departure of Gabe Ikard and the back issues of Adam Shead. He most likely would have been in the mix immediately along with Darlington to start at Center for the 2014 season.
