The class of 2015 needs to close strong and no position needs to close stronger than at Linebacker. One of the Sooners top targets in Ricky DeBerry. DeBerry hosted Tim Kish, Jerry Montgomery, along with Bob Stoops this evening in his home. The Sooners looks to be among DeBerry's finalists that include Virginia, Alabama, Mich St, Ohio State, and Tennessee. Most assume that DeBerry has narrowed his choices to either the Buckeyes or Sooners.

I don't want to over sell the importance of a player like DeBerry, but he might be the most important remaining Sooner target. The Sooners depth at Linebacker is razor thin. Should the Sooners remain committed to the 3-4, they must finish this class out with a minimum of 3 (preferably 4 linebackers).
We won't have to wait long to find out DeBerry choice as his announcement is confirmed for next Friday.
