There were a bunch of mixed emotions from both fan bases as the Sooners and Cyclones got ready to square off on Saturday. OU fans figured they'd win but there was that crazy feeling in there somewhere that made them think there was a chance they'd lose. The worst part of being an ISU football fan
is not the missed field goals or not getting respect from the refs or even being outclassed in term of size and athleticism.
The worst part of being an ISU football fan is consistently getting the ball back late in the half and the coaching staff telegraphing to everyone in the world that even they don’t believe in the team, forcing us into bad clock management and taking timeouts into halftime.
Can we at least pretend that we believe we belong being on the same field as these guys?
