The Oklahoma Sooners were officially dropped from the College Football Playoff rankings this season after a blowout loss at home. However, the statement win by the Baylor Bears wasn't quite good enough to push them into the playoff picture. With Kansas St. left on the schedule and a legitimate case to win the Big XII, the argument will surely rage on as the season continues.
Currently, the better wins belong to the TCU Horned Frogs when compared to BU. I'm not arguing that but fact remains, Art Briles gladly handed Gary Patterson a loss. Looking at the teams head-to-head, can we truly say that TCU stands above the folks from Waco?
The Big XII continues holding up it's bargain on getting a team into the playoff although it may not be the team anticipated to participate at the onset of the season. TCU leap frogs their way over the Alabama Crimson Tide and should win out.
